The laste Will and Testament nuncupatyve of JOHN SUTTON late of the Parish of St. Mildred in the Cittye of Canterburye deceased which him uttered and declared for his laste Will and Testament nuncupatyve he being sicke in bodye but of good and perfecte memorye on Frydaye the 24th daye of March anno dmi _____ ______ _______ Anglicaned 1619 in these words followinge or the like in effecte and substance vizt.

Imprimus he gave unto ELIZABETH his sister the wyffe of JOHN TOMPSON of Limpine the sume of three pounds of lawfull English money.

Item he gave unto his brother THOMAS SUTTON sixe chests a paire of breeches beinge his best and his best cloake.
Item he gave unto the said THOMAS SUTTON his brother 20 shillings which JAYE of Ickham owed him.
And he forgave his said brother the sume of three pounds which he owed unto him the said JOHN SUTTON.

Item he gave unto his brother in law WILLIAM LEEDS the sume of three pounds.
Item he willed that his brother in law WILLIAM LEEDS should bestowed the sume of three pounds in and aboute the Buriall of him the said JOHN SUTTON.

In the presence and hearinge of them.
