In the Name of God Amen I Jane Swaysland of Sevenoake in the County of Kent Widdow being sick and weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same praised be God for the same do make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
first and principally I recommend my soul into the hands of almighty God hopeing for mercy in and through the merits of Jesus Christ my Saviour and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Executrix here in after named and as to my worldly Estate I give and dispose of the same as followeth that is to say

Impris I give and devise unto my loving Daughter Mary all that my messuage or Tenement Buildings Lands and hereditaments thereunto belonging situate lying and being in Chiddingston in the said County of Kent and now in the Occupation of George Pinn of his assigns together with all and singular rights ways Easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold the same unto my said Daughter Mary and to the heirs of her body lawfully to be begotten for ever

and in default of such Issue I give and devise the said Messuage or Tenement Buildings Lands and premises with the appurtenances unto my two Brothers Thomas Green and Francis Green and unto my sister Anne the wife of Samuel Stileman of Otford in the County of Kent yeoman to be equally divided between them share and share alike and to their heirs for ever and to be holden as Tenants in Comon and not as Joynt Tenants

Item I give devise and bequeath all and singular my Goods household Stuff Chattles Ready money bills bonds mortgages plate Rings Jewells watches and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kindsoever unto my said Daughter Mary and to her Issue of her body lawfully to be begotten and for want of such Issue I give and bequeath the same unto my said two Brothers and Sister equally to be divided between them share and share alike subject always nevertheless and to such person and persons and for such use and uses as my said Daughter shall at any time by her last Will and Testament or by any other Deed or writeing to be by her signed sealed and duely executed in the Presence of two or more Credible witnesses give direct or dispose of the same

and lastly I make and ordain my said Daughter Mary full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testmt and I do appoint my said Brothers Thomas Green and Francis Green and the said Samuel Stileman Guardians to my said Daughter until she arrives to the age of twenty one years

In witness whereof I the said Jane Swaysland have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twentyeth day of November in the first year of the Reigne of our soveraign Lord George the second by the Grace of God King of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender of the Faith etc. and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twenty seven Jane Swaysland
