first I will order and direct that all such Just Debts as I shall owe at the time of my decease my Funeral Expences and the Charges of Proving this my Will shall be paid and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named by and out of my Personal Estate as soon as can be after my decease
Also I Give and Devise All that my Messuage or Tenement with the Stable Granarys Yard and Garden now in my own Occupation situate and being in the Parish of Bromley aforesaid unto and to the use of my son Jonathan Tandy his Heirs and Assigns for ever
Also I Give and Devise all that my other Messuage or Tenements with the Garden and Appurtenances now in the Occupation of John Purdy situate and being in of Bromley aforesaid and Adjoining to my before mentioned Messuage unto and to the use of my daughter Ann Tandy Spinster her Heirs and Assigns for ever
Also I Give and Devise all that my Field or Piece of Land now in my own Occupation situate and being in Bromley aforesaid near or Adjoining to my before mentioned Messuage with its Appurtenances and the Crop or Growth which shall be thereon at the time of my decease unto and to the use of my Daughter Mary Walker her Heirs and Assigns for ever
Also I Give and Bequeath unto each of my two Daughters Ann Tandy and Mary Walker the sum of twenty Pounds to be paid to them by my Executor within six Months next after my decease
and All the rest and residue of my Monies Goods Crops Stock and Personal Estate whatsoever and of what nature or kind soever after Payment of my said Debts Legacies and Funeral and Testamentary Expences I Give and Bequeath to my said son Jonathan Tandy to and for his own use
and I do Nominate make and Appoint my said son Jonathan Tandy sole Executor of this my Will
