In the name of God Amen The five and Twentieth day of January in the yeare of o[u]r Lord 1667
I Thomas Taylor of Gravene[y] in the County of Kent Yeoman being sicke and weake in body but of good and pfect [perfect] memory, praised be God, doe make this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following, vizt.
First I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God my maker, hopeing that through the meretorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and redeemer to receive free pardon and forgivenes of all my sines, and as for my body to be buried in Christian burial at the discrecon of my Executor hereafter named

Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth my wife all my lands lyeing and being in Hearne hill and Selling dureing the terme of her naturall life keeping the said houses in good repaire, not makeing any willfull Spoile on any of the said pr[e]misses

Item I give unto my daughter Anne Dad five shill[in]gs to be paid unto her by my Executor hereafter named
Item I give unto my sonne John Taylor my house and land lyeing and being in Hearnhill to him and his heires forever
Item I give unto my sonne Robert Tailor all my lands lyeing and being in Selling and my meddow in Hearnhill that I purchased of Mathew Ambrowse to him and his heires for ever
Item I give unto my two sonnes John and Robert my house and lands lyeing and being in hsling(?) equally betwene them

Item I give all my household goods w[i]thin doores to be equally divided into three partes,
and one part thereof I give unto Elizabeth my wife And my will and meaning is that shee shall have the first choice
Item I give unto my sonne Robert one part thereof and my will is that he shall have the choice of the second part thereof
And the thirde part thereof I give unto my sonne John

Item all the rest of my goods and ch[at]ells whatsoever after my debts and legacies be paid I give unto my two sonnes John and Robert and make them equally to be Sole Executors of this my last will and testament, revoking all other wills and testaments
