In the Name of God Amen The Six and Twentieth day of February in the Twelfth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Anne by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith etc Anno Domini 1713
I Edward Teddeman of The Town and Port of Dover in the County of Kent Gent being of sound and perfect Sence Memory and understanding (praised be Almighty God for the same ) Doe make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following that is to say
First I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it hoping that I shall obtain Everlasting Life through the alone Meritts of my blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently interred by my Executor hereafter named

Item I make and Ordain my loving Brother Thomas Teddeman my sole and only Executor of this my last Will and Testament revokeing and making void all other Wills by me formerly made
Item I Will that my Debts and Funerall Charges shall be paid and Discharged

Item I give unto Elizabeth Ann Teddeman and Mary Teddeman Daughters of my said Brother Thomas Teddeman All my full and whole Estate both real and personal Goods and Chattells and also all Reversions Expectant upon the Death of Mrs Ann Pepper of the said Town and Port of Dover Widow or Expectant upon the Death of any other person or persons whatsoever

And if the said Elizabeth Ann Teddeman and Mary Teddeman shall happen to dye Then I give all my said Estate to the Survivor of them

In Witness whereof I the said Edward Teddeman have to this my Last Will and Testament have Sett my hand and Seale the day and year first above written Edwd Teddeman
