In the Name of God Amen I Abraham Terry of Feversham in the County of Kent Gentleman being in good health of body and of sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding (Praised be God for the same) do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
First and principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping for Salvation through the Merits and Mediation of my blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ And my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor herein after named And as touching what Temporal Estate God hath been pleased to bestow upon me I give bequeath and dispose thereof as followeth

First I will that all my debts and Funeral Charges shall be paid and satisfied
Imprimis I give devise and bequeath All and singular my Lands Tenements Hereditam[en]ts Goods, Chattels, Ready Money, Mortgages and other Money due thereon and all other my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever both Real and Personal unto my Loving Friend Robert May of Feversham aforesaid, Victualler or his Heirs, Executors, Administrators and Assigns for ever

And I do nominate and appoint the said Robert May sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby revoke, annul and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Abraham Terry have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Fourth day of November in the Nineteenth Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty five

Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the above named Abraham Terry the Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who Subscribe our Names as Witnesses hereto

This Will was Proved at London before the Wors[hi]pful Robert Jenner Doctor of Laws, Surrogate of the Right Worshipful John Bettesworth also Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper of Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted on the Twenty ninth day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty six by the Oath of Robert May the Sole Executor in the said Will named to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased being first sworn duly to Administer.
