First I will that all my debts and Funeral Charges shall be paid and satisfied
Imprimis I give devise and bequeath All and singular my Lands Tenements Hereditam[en]ts Goods, Chattels, Ready Money, Mortgages and other
Money due thereon and all other my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever both Real and Personal unto my Loving Friend Robert
May of Feversham aforesaid, Victualler or his Heirs, Executors, Administrators and Assigns for ever
And I do nominate and appoint the said Robert May sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby revoke, annul and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do make and declare
this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Abraham Terry have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Fourth day of
November in the Nineteenth Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty five

This Will was Proved at London before the Wors[hi]pful Robert Jenner Doctor of Laws,
Surrogate of the Right Worshipful John Bettesworth also Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper of
Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted on the Twenty ninth day of
March in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty six by the Oath of Robert May
the Sole Executor in the said Will named to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the
Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased being first sworn duly to Administer.
