First I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elenor Phillips now Wife of Thomas Phillips of the Parish aforesaid Mariner the sum of five Hundred Pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid unto her her Executors Administrators or Assigns within six months after my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto my said daughter Eleanor Phillips her Executors Administrators and Assigns all and singular my Apparel of all sorts both Linnen Woollen and otherwise and also Mr Phillips Picture
Also as for and touching all those my five Messuages or Tenements with the Outhouses Edifices Buildings Yards Gardens Backsides Lands Ground and Appurtenances whatsoever to them and either of them belonging situate lying and being near Wartons Court in Holbourn near London and all other my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and devise the same unto my Son George Tickner of Ramsgate in the said Isle of Thanett in the County of Kent Mariner [and] unto my said daughter Eleanor Phillips and to their several and respective Heirs and Assigns forever to be divided between them equally share and share alike
also as for touching and concerning my three Diamond Rings I
give and bequeath any one of them to my said Son George Tickner his Executors
Administrators and Assigns that he or they shall make choice of
And as for the other two I give and bequeath one of them to my said daughter Eleanor Phillips
her Executors Administrators and Assigns
and the other of the two I give and bequeath unto her Daughter my Grand Daughter Ann Phillips her Executors
Administrators and Assigns
Also as touching and concerning all and singular my
Plates I give and bequeath as followeth (that is to say) I do hereby give and
bequeath unto my said daughter Eleanor Phillips her Executors Administrators
and Assigns such Vessells thereof as she shall make choice of not exceeding one half of the whole weight
Also I give and bequeath the other half part of the
whole Weight thereof unto my said Son George Tickner his Executors
Administrators and Assigns
Also I give and bequeath unto my said Son George Tickner his Executors Administrators and Assigns the following four Pictures that is to say that of my late Father my late Husband my late Sister and that of my self
All the rest residue and remainder of all and singular my ready money money in Stocks Bills Bonds Writings Obligatory Household Goods Implements of Household Sea Adventure and all other my Personal Estate and wheresoever and of what nature kind property and degree soever not herein before by me given or bequeathed after all my just Debts Funeral charges and expences of Probate of this my last Will and Testament be thereout fully satisfied contented and paid I give and bequeath the same unto my said Son George Tickner and said Daughter Eleanor Phillips and to their several and respective Executors Administrators and Assigns to be divided between them equally share and share alike
And I do hereby make name constitute and appoint my said Son George Tickner and my Son in Law Thomas Phillips joint and sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament
and I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all and Every former and other Wills Testaments Legacies Bequests Devises and Executors at any time heretofore by me made willed bequeathed devised nominated or appointed and I do hereby ratify and confirm these Presents only to be for and as my only last Will and Testament
