First I give and bequeath unto my dear Mother Sarah Tickner all my real and Personal Estate or Estates whatsoever and wheresoever I shall be possessed of at the time of my Decease for and during her natural Life
and after her Decease I give unto my Sister Sarah Gould one Hundred Pounds Stock Part of my Property in the three Pr Cent consolidated Bank Annuities to be sold and paid to her within three Months after my Decease at the Discretion of my Executrix hereafter named
Also I give and bequeath unto my Sister Mary Crosier Wife of ____ Crosier Barber of Oxford One Hundred Pounds Stock Part also of my Property in the abovesaid Fund to be sold out and paid to her within three Months after my Mother�s Decease at the Discretion of my Executrix hereafter named
Also I give and devise unto my Nephew Pettit Gould all my wearing Apparel Linen Books Instruments and Sea Bedding if he lives to come home to demand them being at present in the West Indies
Also I give and devise unto my Sister Ann Tickner one Hundred Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain
And as for all and singular the Residue of my Personal Estate I give and bequeath unto my said Sister Ann Tickner not disposed of as above And to her Heirs for ever
And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Sister Ann Tickner
my only and sole Executrix of and to this my last Will and Testament made this
ninth day of August in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and Eighty three
