I give devise and bequeath All Property that I may be possessed of or entitled to whether real or personal estate unto my Sons in Law Joseph Reynolds of Islington in the County of Middlesex Playing Card Manufacturer and John Ridley of Bedford Place Bloomsbury Square in the County of Middlesex Merchant and the survivor of them and the heirs executors and administrators of such survivor upon trust
to pay the rents dividends and annual produce of my said property unto my Wife
Elizabeth for her life
and after her decease to sell and divide the said property
equally as to one half part between the children of the said Joseph Reynolds and
my daughter in law Harriett the Widow of my son deceased
and the other half part amongst the children of the said John Ridley
as tenants in common and not as joint tenants their respective heirs executors administrators and assigns
and I declare that my late Son�s widow Harriett shall be considered one and stake a
portion with the children of the said Joseph Reynolds
and I appoint the said Joseph Reynolds and John Ridley Executors of this my Will Dated Janaury twenty
