In the name of God Amen The two and twentieth day of September in the seavene and twentieth yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the Second by the grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland King Defender of the faither &c. Anno dini 1675
I Henry Tiddiman of the Towne of Folkestone in the county of Kent Fisherman being sicke and weake of body but of good and pfect [perfect] minde and memory (praised be God therefore) doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following, vizt.
Impri[mi]s I bequeath my Soule to God that gave it and my Body to the earth from whence it came and as for my worldly goods I dispose as followeth

Item I give unto my Loveing Mother Martha Tiddiman the house wherein I now dwell together with five pounds a yeare quarterly to be paid by (my) Executor during her naturall life

Item I give and bequeath my two new houses after they shall be finished, which are sett lying and being in the Towne of Folkestone at or neare the Back or Stade unto Thomas Tunbridge Senr. of the same Towne Manister whoem I make Executor whome I appoint and authorize to receive the Rents and profitts thereof for the use and benefitt of my friends called Quakers for ever, and he the said Thomas Tunbridge to settle the same by any other way or meanes as he shall thinke fitt, he or they paying the said rent due and payable yearely and every yeare for the same

Item I give unto my Cousin Thomas Tiddiman of the Towne and port of Dover Esqr. the sume of Thirteen pounds of lawfull money which said sume of Thirteene pounds is due and payable unto me from the said Thomas Tiddiman abovesaid
Item I give unto my Cousen Mark Tiddiman the sume of five and twenty shillings of lawfull money which said sume of Twenty and five shillings is due unto me from the said Mark Tiddiman abovesaid
Item I give unto my Kinswoman Mary Headge now wife of Francis Headge now or late of the Towne of Dover Oastler the sume of twenty shillings to be paid by my Executor within three monthes next after my decease

Item I give unto Elizabeth Marks of the Towne of Folkestone Spinster the dwelling house wherein I now dwell with Thappurtences [the appurtenances] together withall my lands lying in Folkestone parish with Thappurtences unto her the said Elizabeth Marks and unto her heires and assignes for ever after the decease of my mother Martha Tiddiman and no sooner
and I doe further order and appoint my Executor to receive the rents and profitts of all my lands in Folkestone parish and he to pay the same unto my mother Martha Tiddiman during her naturall life and noe longer

Item I give unto Elizabeth Marks my Salecloath and homemade Cloth for Sheets and four chaires
all the rest of my moveable goods, netts, boate and part of boates I give unto my Loveing freind Thomas Tunbridge Senr. of the Towne of Folkestone Maugter? whome I make and ordaine my full and whole Executor of this my last will and Testament whome I request to see all things performed according to this my will
