withall the landes thereunto belonginge with there appurtenaunces and all my houses in Wormshill in
the sayde County of Kent which I gave in fee simple with there appurtenances with all the landes there
unto belonging and all my houses in Milton next Sittingbourne in the county of Kent aforesayde with
the appurtenances and all (landes) in milton aforesayde and Bobbinge in the sayde county to my
brothers William Tong and John Tong and there assignes to the use and bringing up of my daughters
untill my sayd sonne Richard shall com to the age of xxtie yeares
