In the name of God Amen the Tenth day of Aprill in the yeare of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lord James by the grace of god of England France and of Ireland kinge defender of the Faith etc the Seaventeenth and of Scotland the twoe and Fiftieth and in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand six hundred & nineteene
I Elizabeth Tilden of Wormshill in the Countie of Kent widdowe being in good helth and perfect memorie thankes be to god for the same doe make and ordayne this my last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge (That is to saie)
First and principally I comend my Soule into the handes of allmightie god trusting assuredlie by his great mercie and by the meritts and passion of our Saviour Jesus Christ to attaine to the place of eternall Salvacon And my bodie to bee buried according to the discrecion of my executor hereunder written

Item I give & bequeath to Mr Newman mynister of the foresaid parish of Wormshill twentie shillinges to preach att my Buriall for the instruccon of my Freindes which shallbe there
Item I give and bequeath to the poore people of the foresaid parish of Wormeshill twentie shillinges

Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Wood tenn poundes
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Frauncis Tilden ten poundes
Item I give and bequeath to Frauncis Tonge daughter to my brother Richard Tonge six poundes thirteene shillinges & four pence

Item I give and bequeath to Sarah Tonge Daughter to my brother Nicholas Tonge Foure poundes

Item I give and bequeath all my wearing apparell to my two daughters and to Frauncis Tonge daughter to my said brother Richard Tonge equally to bee devided betweene them

Item the rest of all and singuler my goodes and chattells whatsoever my debts legacies and Funerall expenses beeing discharged I give and bequeath to Richard Tilden my sonne whome I make and ordaine sole executor of this my last will and Testament
and further doe make and ordaine assessors of this my last will & testament my twoe brothers James Tonge and Richard Tonge praieing them to be ayding and assistinge that this my last will and Testament may be performed according to my meaninge And I doe give them an Angell a peece for their paines in that behalfe
