Will of Sarah Timewell

of Greenwich, Kent

I give and bequeath to Joseph Foot Plasterer of one part and Mary Ann Croft Widow of the late John Croft of the other part both of the Parish of Greenwich in the County of Kent all my power and trust of all my money to see me decently buried in the Maze Hill Chapel ground and pay all my just debts

I give to the aforesaid Joseph Foot and Mary Ann Croft my dwellinghouse situated in Lower Woolwich Road commonly called Latham Cottage for to have the profits arising during their lives and to Joseph Croft Son of the aforesaid Mary Ann Croft all profits arising therefrom during the said term of years

and I give to the aforesaid Mary Ann Croft all my household furniture and wearing apparel

and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the aforesaid Joseph Foot and Mary Ann Croft Executors of this my Will and hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Timewell have hereunto set my hand the 17 day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty five Sarah Timewell
