In the Name of God Amen I William Todhunter of the Town and Port of Dover Esquire being in good health and of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

I order and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary Expences and all the cost of proving this my will may in the first place be fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof and of every part thereof

I give devise and bequeath all that my leasehold Messuage Tenement or Dwellinghouse in which I now live situate standing and Being No 6 Marine Place in the said Town and Port of Dover with all and singular the rights members and appurts thereunto belonging and also all my monies Securities for money household Furniture plate linen and china together with all real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or sort soever the same may consist at the time of my decease unto my beloved Daughter Mary Harding Jull the Wife of George Jull of the Town and Port of Dover aforesaid to and for her own absolute use and benefit her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever

And I nominate constitute and appoint my said son in Law George Jull and my said Daughter Mary Harding Jull Executor and Executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former and other Will and Wills by me heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last will and testament

In Witness whereof I the said William Todhunter have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty third day of August one thousand eight hundred twenty eight W Todhunter
