In the Name of God Amen I Margaret Tomlin of the Parish of St John the Baptist in the Isle of Thanet and County of Kent Widow of Edward Tomlin late of the same Parish Mariner deceased being but weak in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory praised be God for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
First and Principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Heavenly Father hopeing through the Merits Death and Passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to obtain the full and free Pardon and Forgiveness of all my Sins and to inherit eternal Life And my Body I committ to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix herein after And as touching such Temporall Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow on me I do give and bestow thereof as follows vizt.

Imprimis I Will that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences shall be paid and discharged
Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Jones Wife of Mr Henry Jones Two Hundred Pounds of lawfull Money of Great Britain
And to my Daughter Carolina Rider Wife of Mr Thomas Rider Two Hundred Pounds of like lawfull Money
And to my Daughter Rachell Philpott Widow and Relict of Mr Edward Philpott deceased One Hundred Pounds of like lawfull Money

And all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattells and Personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever And also All and every my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatosover and wheresoever I give and devise to my Daughter Mary Brooke Widow her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Daughter Mary Brooke sole Executrix of this my Will And I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Margaret Tomlin have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this Ninth day of February Anno Dm 1730 And in the fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the Second over Great Britain etc. Margaret Tomlin
