Agnes Tong my wife �8 a year to be paid of my house or tenement where I now dwell
I bequeath my sayd hows or Tenement to James my son & all my lands with thappurtenances belonging to yt, scituate lying & being in the parish of Tunstall aforesaid & Sittyngbourne� (a fold in the parchment�)

I give and bequeath to John Tong �3.6s 8d by yere, and after my wife Agnes�s decease, �5 by yere
I give and bequeath to Symon Tonge my said lands & ---- called Byxley lyeing in the parish of Tong
I geve & bequeath to Robert Tonge my Tenement and lands � in the parish of Mylksted called ----- Bodik?

I give and bequeath to Agnes my wife 2 cows, 15 sheep, 3..?.... a seame of wheat and all my household stowff which she brought�

I give & bequeath to William Tonge my son �5 which I lent unto him
I geve & bequeath to James my son all my cowe & catall not formerly bequeathed�
I geve & bequeath to John my son 10 sheepe to be delivered immediately after my decease by my executor
I bequeath to Symon my son 20 sheepe of the ------- within Byxley & my son William to
I bequeath to Robert my son 10 sheep to remayne in the government of James his brother & of the residue? of his lyveing I bequeath to the governance of my son William unto such tyme as he hath henefe (enough?) destraint tenseyng that he will be god brother & frend unto hym
