Item my will and meaning is that --------------------------- the parishe of Bredgar in the foresaid countie of kent in the occupation of John Tonge my brother & all my lands and Tenements with theire appurtenances in the foresaid parishe of Tunstall shall descende and come to James Tonge my brother to him and his heires for ever
Item I will all my landes and tenements with the appurtenances in the foresaid parishe of
Bredgar in the occupation of Thomas Highsted to John Tonge my brother for the terme of his life
and after his decease I will the foresaid lands and tenements with the appurtenances in
the occupacon of the said Thomas Highsted shall remaine to William Tonge & James Tonge
sonnes of the said John Tonge to them & theire heires by equall portions equally to be
devided between them
Item I will one yearely rent of five pounds to Nicholas Tonge my brother for the terme of his life and if it be befinde it shalbe lawfull to the said Nicholas to destraine for the same in all my lands and Tenements in the parish of Bidenden within the Countie of kent
Item I will all my lands & Tenements with the appurtenances in the foresaid parishe of Bidenden in the foresaid Countie of Kent to James Tonge and Richard Tonge my Brothers to them and theire heires by equall portions equally to be devided between them
Item I gyve and bequeath all my goods and Chattells unto James Tonge my brother whome I make my Executor
