In the name of God Amen, the foure & twentith daye of February in the yeare of our Lord God 1618
I Richard Tonge of Mylsted in the Countie of Kent being sicke in body but of perfect remembrance prayse be given to Allmightie God, doe make and ordayne this my last will and Testament in manner and followinge First I comend my soule into the handes of Allmightie God my Maker & redeemer and my body to be buried in Mylsted aforesayd according to the discretion of myne Executor

Item I give unto Thomas Tonge my Brother whome I make myne Executor all my landes lying in Mylsted aforesaid

Item I give unto my Brother Symon Tonge twenty shillings a yeare during his naturall life yssuing & going out of my foresaid landes which I give unto myne Executor

Item I give unto my Brother John Tonge xxxviij pounds to be payd unto him within one whole yeare after my decease

Item I give unto Nicholas Snoth my nephew forty shillings to be payd within three yeares after my decease

Item I give unto Brigett Potter twentie pounds to be payd unto her within one whole yeare after my decease
Item I give more unto Brigett Potter one Bedd two chests one Brass one table and two stoole

Item I give unto my Brother Hennaker fortye shillings
Item I give unto my brother Snoth fortie shillings

And of this my Last Will and Testament I make and ordayne Thomas Tonge my Brother my Sole Executor and doe utterly revoke all former wills and Testaments heretofore by me made and do hereunto sett my hand & seale Richard Tonge
