ITEM My will and desire it is that
all my beloved Grandchildren Legacies should be paid
which was given to them by my husband John
Tong last will and Testament ten. pounds given, to
my grandaughter, Eldest daughter to my son Will Tonge
and Elizabeth his wife.
ITEM ten pounds to my Eldest
to my Grandaughter Anne Tong, Eldest daughter
to my son Robert Tong and Elizabeth his wife.
ITEM ten pounds to my grandson John Tong son of my
son Robert Tong and Elizabeth his wife.
ITEM five pounds to my grandaughter Elizabeth Tong daughter to my son Robert Tong and Elizabeth his wife which money I have devised and put out into Mr Sharrod Plotts hands on the sum amounting In primaly fifty pounds on bond the legacies to my three grandchildren Anne Tonge, John Tonge and Elizabeth children to my son Robert Tonge and Elizabeth his wife likewise twenty pounds to my son Will Tonge Eldest son of the said Anne Tonge and _______ to him after my decease and the remainder five pound for my own disposing to be paid by my son Abraham Tonge whom I make my full and sole Executrix these legacies to be paid out of the money in Mr. Potts hand and twenty pounds out of the same to my son Will Tonge and the other five for my own use the ten pounds given, to my Grandaughter by Ann Tonge Elldest daughter: daughter to my son William Tonge and his wife it is-- now in Robert Colinges in hands of Borden on Bond and do hereby allow eight pounds which is in my own keeping for my funeral charges to be allowed by XXX XXXXX my Executor.
Item I give and bequeath to my
Granddaughter Anne Tong eldest daughter to my son
William Tonge his wife all my wearing apariells
ITEM I will and bequeath to my son Robert Tonge the
earthern pott sett in silver now at my son Abraham
Tonge.
ITEM I will and bequeath to my son Edward
Tonge the silver cup with two handles now at my son
Abraham Tonge
ITEM I will and bequeath to my sons
William Tonge and Robert Tonge and Edward Tonge and
Abraham Tonge to each of them a piece of old gold now
in my hands to be paid by my Executor which I do
hereby further by this my last will that the four
houses standing over the great Bridge at Maidstone
should be equally divided between my four sons
now Giving share and share alike with paying of
cost of duty between my four beloved sons share and
share alike And to this my last will and testament have
set my hand and seal dated the seventh day of September
and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and nine-teen and do hereby revoke all other wills made
by me Anne Tonge signed sealed and delivered by me
the said Anne Tonge for and as my last will and testament
