I will and direct that all and every my just debts funeral expences and the charges of proving this my Will be fully paid and discharged
and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Ann Tonks All and every my Estate and Effects both real and personal and of whatever nature kind and quality soever the same may be or consist and wheresoever situate and being To have and to hold the same unto my said wife her executors administrators and assigns absolutely and for ever
and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Ann Tonks and Thomas Rideout of Woolwich aforesaid Linendraper Executrix and Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and declaring this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament
