And I will that my executors heereafter named shall sell them and put them into a stocke of money for my said daughters and everie daughter to share her equall p[ar]te thereof at her age of eighteene yeares, and if anie of them die before such age them the survivors and survivor of them to share everie pte and ptes of her or them soe dieinge [so dying] and the same to be delivered to such survivors or survivor of them at the[i]r ages of eighteene yeeres

the said stocke of money for the time and make it up againe as soone as they can out of the rents, issues and profitts of my sonnes lands
Item I will that my said wife shall have the custodie and bringing upp of all my children and that my
executors shall allow unto her for theyr maintenannce and keepinge so much as in their
discrescon they or the survivors of survivor of them shall thinke fit from time to time, my said
daughters allowances to be given out of the profitts that shalbe made of my money comminge out of
the said stocke of money and out of the annuitie or yeerlie rent hereafter bequeathed to my said
daughters and the overplus if anie be to be equallie devided among my daughters or the Survivors of
them when the youngest shall come to the age of eighteene yeeres
And my sonnes allowannce to be given out of my lands and the overplus to be given unto him at his age of one and twentie yeeres if anie bee
And of this my last will and testament I ordeine and make my lovinge brother Walter Mantle and Thomas Reve and my good frend Stephen Hearnden gent[leman] executors and doe heereby give and bequeath unto everie of them twentie marks for theyr paines and to be allowed all their [necesaryes] about the execucon of this my Will, and doe intreate my said uncle William Heyman to be overseer thereof

First for the increase and inlarginge of the Joynture of the said Elisabeth my welbeloved wife and in discharge of one obligacon
heertofore made by mee to her frends for that purpose I give unto her the said Elisabeth my welbeloved wife one annuity or
yearely rent of five and thirtie pounds of good and lawful money of England out of all my lands and hereditaments whatsoever duringe her
life To bee paid at our Lady day; Midsummer; Michaelmas and Christmas by even and equall porcons
And doe hereby give unto her and her assignes full power and authority to distreine [distrain] in all or any my lands tenements and
hereditaments for the same when as often as the same shallbee behind and unpaid in part or in all
Item I will and bequeath to my said daughters Rebecca, Marie, Bennet, Elizabeth and Alice & their heires for ever joyntly and not

Provided allwaies that if my said sonne Thomas Tournay or his heires shall within three yeares after my said sonnes age of one & twenty yeares well and truly pay or Cause to bee paid unto every of my said daughters then liveinge and to the Children of such of them as shall die before so much money as together with that which they shall receive by my said Executor shall make up every of my said daughters porcon respectively two hundred pounds That then the said annuitye or yearely rent of fifty poundes shall cease, determine & bee utterly voide
Item I give unto my Sister Jane Gibbs vj li of good and lawful money of England yearely during her life out of my said lands paide at our Lady day and Summer, Mich[elm]as and Christmas by equall porcons and to distreine for it in the said lands when it shall bee behind and unpaid in part or in all

Christmas yearely during her life with like power to distraine in my side lands for non payment thereof

A Codicill nuncupative to bee added and annexed to the Last will and testament in writinge of Thomas Tournay gent late whiles hee lived of the p[ar]ish of Saltwood dec[eas]ed wh[i]ch he made and uttered in the tyme of his sicknes whereas hee died and after the makeinge of his will in wrytinge in the wordes followinge or by the like in effect and substance (That is to say)
First whereas hee the said Thomas Tournay owe the sume of seaven pounds unto Mr. Thomas Beningfeild his brother in lawe hee the said Thomas Tournay willed that the same seaven pounds should bee paid and also seaven pounds more of lawfull Englishe money unto the said Mr. Beningfeild and besides these two seaven poundes the said Thomas Tournay willed and gave unto the said Mr. Thomas Beningfeild xl shillings of like money
Item the said Mr. Thomas Tournay willed & gave to his sister Baker wife of John Baker of Tenterden gent xxijs of lawfull English
money; And to his Sister Mrs. Anne Thwaites, iij li of the like money
Item hee willed and gave to Rebecca Tourney and Benedict Tournay his daughters all his ewe
sheepe with all their increase they payinge for the keepinge of them
