Imprimis I give and bequeath to my Grandson Barnard Tow my Silver Case Watch
Secondly I give and bequeath to my Son Barnard Tow all my Wearing apparel
Thirdly I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Anne Dorman all my household
furniture and Effects Linen Plate Printed Books etc. for her own use
I do further give & bequeath unto her my said Daughter all my Real Estates whatsoever and wheresoever & all my
Personal Estate and Effects excepting such as aforesaid as it is otherwise disposed of in this my Will
one moiety whereof to be applied to her own use
& the other moiety to be applied to the use of my Son Barnard his Wife or their family in such manner
as in her discretion shall seem best and that the receipt or receipts of my said Son Barnard his Wife or his Children shall
be to her a good and sufficient discharge for the same
Fourthly I do direct that all expences attending my Funeral & all my just debts shall be discharged out of the proceeds of my Real & Personal Estate previously to a division thereof being made by my said Daughter Mary Anne Dorman
