This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Town the Elder of Boughton Monchelsea in the County of Kent Bricklayer

first I do Nominate Constitute and Appoint my two Sons (viz) Henry Town and Thomas Town joint Executors of this my Will and I direct that all my just debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences be in the first place paid and satisfied out of my personal property

and I give and bequeath unto my wife Ann Town my two Cottages my Land outbuildings and Appurtenances thereto belonging likewise my Household Furniture also the Interest of all my money during the term of her life

and from and immediately after my aforesaid Wife�s decease I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid son Thomas Town my Cottage Garden Outbuildings and the appurtenances thereunto belonging and now in my own occupation
I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid son Henry Town my Cottage Garden Outbuildings and the appurtenances thereto belonging and now in his own occupation
my Land Household Funrniture money and Effects I give and bequeath equally between my two Sons Henry Town and Thomas Town the above Bequeaths unto my two Sons are forever subject to the Legacies hereinafter mentioned

I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Town the Sum of Fifty Pounds of lawful money of England
should my aforesaid Daughter Ann Town depart this life single and unmarried and her Child Caroline Town be living my will and meaning is for the aforesaid Fifty Pounds to be paid to the aforesaid Caroline Town

I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Anna the wife of John Cradduck the sum of Fifty Pounds of lawful money of England
I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Town the Sum of Fifty Pounds of lawful money of England
I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the Wife of James Bates the Sum of Fifty Pounds of lawful money of England
the four last Legacies are to be paid by my aforesaid Executors within six Months next after my said Wife�s decease
if any of my aforesaid Daughters should die without lawful Heir (except my said Daughter Ann Town) the Legacies bequeathed to them to go to the Survivors of my Daughters equally between them share and share alike

and I do hereby Authorise and empower my said Executors and each of them at all times and occasions whatsoever to reimburse themselves and each of them out of my Property all Costs Charges and Expences whatsoever which they or either of them shall pay expend or � unto in or about the execution of this my will or anything relating thereto

And Lastly hereby revoking all former Wills by me made I declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Henry Town the Elder the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament wrote on two sheets of paper to the first sheet thereof have set my hand and to the second and last my hand and Seal this sixth day of February in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six Henry Town
