First I direct that all my just debts shall be paid and subject thereto and to the payment of my funeral expences the costs of proving this my Will and attending the execution thereof I give and bequeath all my household goods furniture plate linen books china monies securities for money and all other my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be or consist of unto my sister Penelope Perry of Shillington in the County of Dorset Widow her executors and administrators for her own use absolutely
And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint Robert Tassell of Maidstone aforesaid Gentleman sole Executor of this my Will
