In the name of God Amen this Ninth day of September Anno Dini 1698
I Thomas Tribbet Mariner belonging to His Ma'ties Ship Midway being in good health, and of perfect mind and memory, do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) First I give my Soul to God, and my body to the Earth

Item all such Sume and Sumes of money, pay, Wages, goods, Chattells, Lands, Tenements and Estate whatsoever wherewith at the time of my decease I shall be possessed or which shall then belong or of Right appertaine unto me (my debts and Funerall Expences being First paid) I give devise and bequeath to my loving wife Margaret Tribbet her Heires Executors Administrators and Assigns forever,
and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Executrix of this my Will

In Witness whereof (revoking all other Wills by me formerly made) I have hereunto set my hand and Seale the Day and yeare above written
