In the name of God Amen I Thomas Trippett of the pish of Eriph in the County of Kent Gardener being weake in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory praise be given therefore to Allmighty God doe make and ordaine this my present last Will and Testament in manner and forme following vizt my Soule I comend into the hands of Allmighty God hopeing through the merits death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgivenesse of all my Sins
And as touching the Disposition of all such Temporall Estate as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose therof as followeth

Imprimis I Will that my Debts and Funeral Charges shall be paid and discharged
Item I give and bequeath unto my brother Henry Trippett of the parish of Richmond in the County of Surrey Waterman the Sume of one shilling
Item I give and bequeath unto my Cozen Henry Trippett sonne of my said brother Henry Trippett the Sume of one shilling
Item I give and bequeath unto my Cozen Tho: Trippett sonne of my said brother Henry Trippett the Sume of one shilling
Item I give and bequeath unto my Coz: Elizabeth Trippett daughter of my said brother the Sume of one shilling

All the rest and residue of my personall Estate Goods and Chattells whatsoever and wheresoever the Same be at my decease I doe Will devise give and bequeath the Same unto my Executrix Jane Trippett of the parish of Lambeth in the County of Surrey Widow and I doe make the said Jane Trippett my daughter in Law full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

and I doe revoake all other and former Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made and doe allow of none but this onely
In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto Sett my Hand and Seale the second day of September Anno Dm one Thousand six Hundred Ninety one the marke of Thomas Trippett
