I give unto my good and true my cousin Mr Charles Knowler a ring of one Guinea value which I desire he would weare in remembrance of me
and all the rest and residue of my goods chattles and personal Estate I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said dear and loving wife to be by her used and employed for her own maintenance and for the maintenance and education of my four dear children and to by her disposed and devided among them as she shall think fitt and proper
In Witness wereof I the said Stephen Tucker the testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my
hand and seal the three and twentieth day of August in the seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the second King of great Britain and in the year of our Lord one thousand and seven
hundred and thirty three Stephen Tucker Signed sealed delivered published and declared by me the said
Stephen Tucker the Testator as and for my last Will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses
under named who at my request and in my presence subscribed their names hereunto

The above Registered Will of Stephen Tucker deceased was proved the twentieth day of August 1736 before the Rev�d Richard Monins Clerk lawfull Surrogate to the Worshipfull Geo: Lee Doctor of Laws Official General to the Rev: the Archdeacon of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Dorothy Tucker Widow Relict of the said deceased and Executrix herein named to whom Administration of the said deceaseds Goods chattles and credits belong she being sworn faithfully to administer the same.
