Also I do give and devise unto my cousins John Tomlin and Francis Tomlin (sons of my neice Mary Tomlin of Ash next Sandwich Widow) and to their heirs and assignes forever equally to be divided between them and to hold as Tenants in common and not as joynt tenants all that my messuage ot Tenement with the barne stable outhouses orchard garden and land thereunto belonging containing by estimation four acres and an half more or less with the appurtenances situate lying and being in the parish of St John the Baptist aforesaid at or near a place there called Twenties and now in the occupation of my self and William Hobbs
Also I do give and devise unto my said niece Mary Tomlin Widow and to her heirs and assignes forever All that my undivided Moiety or half part (the whole being in two equal parts to be divided) of and in all that Messuage or Tenement commonly called or known by the name of the Old Queens Arms being now in four several dwellings with the kitchen outhouses garden yard and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying and being at Margate in the said parish of Saint John the Baptist and now or late in the several tenures or occupations of John Gilbert Daniel Ambrose Henry Thornton and Elizabeth Dancaster Widow or of their assignes
Also I do give and bequeath unto my cozens Elizabeth Tomlin and Hannah Tomlin daughters of the said Mary Tomlin and to their Executors administrators and assignes forever equally to be divided between them share and share alike all and singular my Goods chattles plate ready money moveables and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind quality or degree soever the same shall be at the time of my decease my debts funeral expences and probate of this my Will being first payed and discharged
And I do make ordain and appoint my said cousens John Tomlin and Elizabeth Tomlin joynt Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I the said Martha Tucker to this my last Will and Testament in two sheets of paper
contained to each sheet thereof mu hand and seal have sett and putt the day and year first aforesaid �

The above registered Will of Martha Tucker deceased was proved the third day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty two before the Reverend Richard Mo..ins Clerk lawful surrogate to the Worshipful George Lee Doctor of Laws official general to the Reverend the Archdeacon of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oathes of John Tomlin and Elizabeth Tomlin couzins of the said deceased and Executors therein named to whom administration of the goods chattles and credits of the said deceased was committed they being first sworn well and truly to perform the same.
Note: Martha Tucker, widow aged 80, was buried at St John the Baptist on 12 Jan 1741
