In the Name of God Amen the one and thirtieth day of March 1639
I Andrew Turke of Maidstone in the County of Kent Taylor sicke in bodye but of good and perfect remembrance laud and praise be to Almightie God therefore doe make this my present Testament conteyninge therein my last Will in manner and forme followinge.
First I bequeath my Soule into the Hands of Almightie God and my Body to be buryed in the Churchyard of Maidstone aforesaid.

Item I will that those twoe pieces of land called by the names of Deane and Wardroies Iyinge together belowe my house in West Farleigh be sould for the payment of my Debts.
Item I give and bequeath all my Goods Debts Cattells and Chattells unto Sara Turke my beloved wife
As alsoe the Rent of all my Landes towards the bringing up of my children untill my youngest child shall come to the age of one and twentie yeares.
And then my will is that the said Lands shall equally be devided amongst the children of our twoe bodies.

Item I make and ordaine Sara my beloved wife my Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and utterlie revoke and disanull all other former Wills by me heretofore made.
Alsoe I make constitute and appoint Christopher Turke of the Parish of Great Parkeham in the said County Taylor Overseer of this my last Will unto whome I allowe the sume of five shillings for his travell and paines to be taken herein.

In Witness whereof I the said Andrewe Turke have to this my present Testament and last Will sett my Hand and Seale dated the day and yeare first above written

The 25th day of May 1655 there issued forth Letters of Administration to Thomas Goble the husband and administrator of Sara Goble alias Turke deceased whilest she lived the Relict and Sole Executrix and residuary legatary named in the Will of Andrewe Turke deceased to administer the goods chattells and debts of the said deceased accordinge to the Tenor & effect of the said Will (for that the said Executrix dyed before she tooke upon her the execution thereof in this Court) hee the said Thomas Goble beinge first sworne by Commission truely to administer.

Andrew Turke and Sara Vidgean, widow were married at Maidstone 13 Apr 1629
Andrew Turke was buried at Maidstone 3 Apr 1639.
Thomas Goble of East Barming & Sara Turke, widow married at Maidstone 29 Sep 1641
