This is the last Will and Testament of Thomas Tyhurst Butcher of Langton in the Parish of Speldhurst in the County of Kent

I give and bequeath unto each of my Brothers & Sisters that is to say
to my Brother William Tyhurst
to my Sister Ann Woodhams Widow
to my Sister Elizabeth now the Wife of Thomas Coppard
to my Sister Mary now the Wife of William Coppard
to my Sister Sarah Humphrey now the Wife of William Field
unto each and every one of them the sum of nineteen pounds and nineteen shillings for their sole use and benefit and do direct that their seperate receipts independent of their husband shall be lawful good and sufficient receipt and discharge for the same

I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Mary Tyhurst the Interest dividend and Bonusses of and on my seventy one shares in the London Assurance Company for and during the term of her natural life with full power for her to dispose of the said shares by her last Will and Testament at the time of her decease

Also I give and bequeath to my said Wife Mary Tyhurst all the rest residue and remainder of my Property by whatsoever name called or known or wheresoever situated at the time of my decease

Lastly I nominate and appoint my Brother William Tyhurst Executor to this my last Will and Testament desiring that he be paid all reasonable expences incur�d in the Execution thereoff

In Witness whereoff I the said Thomas Tyhurst the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this sheet of paper set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine
