First I Give and bequeath All my South Sea Annuities which I now have or Shall or may have at the
time of my Decease unto my much Honoured Master Sr William Fagg Baronet Upon the Trusts and for the Uses hereinafter
mentioned (that is to say)
that he do and Shall pay unto my Wife Susan Ugen the Dividends and Produce of All my said
Annuities to and for her own Use and Benefit for and during her life
But if my Daughter Elizabeth Ugen Shall happen to marry with the Consent of the said Sir William Fagg and my said Wife (if She be then living) then and in such case I Give unto my said Daughter the Sum of Three hundred pounds as and for her Marriage Portion which Sum my Will and Desire is may be raised by the Sale of so much of my South Sea Annuities as Will be Sufficient for that Purpose
Item all the rest and residue of the Estate and Effects whatsoever Which I shall dye Possest of I Give and bequeath unto my said Wife to and for her own use and Benefit
And I do hereby constitute and Appoint my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of October In the 26 Year of the Reign of King George the Second
