I, William Uings, of the Parish of Brenchley in the County of Kent being in perfect health of body & of perfect mind & memory thanks be given to Almighty God calling unto the mortality of my body & knowing that it is appointed for all who are to see I do make & ordain this my last Will & testament.
That is to say principally & first of all I give & recommend my Soul into the hands of the Almighty God that gave it & my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in devout Christian burial at the discretion of my Exors nothing doubting but at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty powers of God and touching such Worldly property wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this life I give devise & dispose of the same in the following manner & form

First I give & bequeath to the Children of William Gibbs & the Children of Robert Tilby of the Parish of Battle in the County of Sussex one hundred & twenty-five pounds of good & lawful money of England of which they shall share & share alike to be paid to each of them by my Exors

Also I give all the rest of my property to the several persons as follows to share & share alike that is
the Children of my Brother William Mercer & Elizabeth Uings his Wife
& the Children of my Brother Richard Latter
& the Children of my Brother David Uings
& my Brother Thomas Uings & his Children
each of them to share & share alike

And I appoint my Nephews William Mercer & William Uings my Exors of this my last Will & testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this third day of July in this year of our Lord 1811 William Uings
