In the Name of God Amen I Margarett Ullock the relict and Executrix of the Revend Doctor Henry Ullock late Dean of Rochester and Rector of Leybourne in the County of Kent deceased being in Reasonable health of body and of a sound and Disposing mind and memory (thanks be given to Almighty God for the same) Do hereby make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following
First and most Principally I do .... all Humility Resigne up my poor and Immortall Soul into the hands of Almighty God my most mercifull Creator Trusting in and through the Meritorious death and Passion of my blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have and receive full and free pardon for all my Sins and Transgressions and Inheritt Eternall Life in the Kingdome of Glory My Body in the next place I Committ to the ground to be buryed as near my dear Husband deceased in the parish Church of Leybourne aforesaid as it is possible and to be interred in such decent and private manner as my Executor hereinafter named shall think fitt
and I do desire that Mr Henry Austen of the City of Rochester may be the undertaker to provide what things are Necessary for the Funeral
and as for such worldly Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bless me withall or that I shall be possessed of or Legally Intitled unto at the time of my Death I give and dispose of the same as hereinafter is mentioned Expressed and declared

Imprimis I give and bequeath to the Reverend Mr Robert Johnson of Leatherhead in the County of Surry and to his wife and to the Reverend Mr Robert Henderson and to his Wife each of them a gold Ring of twenty shillings price

Item I give and bequeath to my Neice Catherine Percivall of Wilmington I the County of Kent Widow
and to Leake Percivall and Margarett Percivall her son and Daughter
To James Walter Son of my Neice Elizabeth Walter of Aylesford Widow
To my Neice Elizabeth Saunders of Addington in the County of Kent Widow
To my neice Margarett Whiting Daughter of the said Elizabeth Saunders
To Mr John Pett of Wye in the County of Kent
To Margarett Daughter of the said John Pett being my Godaughter
and to Margarett Henderson Daughter of Mr Robert Henderson aforesaid
To each and every of them the Sume of Five pounds of Lawfull money of great Brittaine to be paid them respectively by my Executor hereinafter named within one year after my decease

Item I give and bequeath to my Neice Elizabeth Saunders Daughter of my said Neice Elizabeth Saunders of Addington aforesaid widow the sume of Forty pounds of like money
To my neice Martha Pett Wife of John Pett aforesaid the sume of Forty pounds of like money
To my Nephew Robert Grey the sume of Forty pounds of like money
To my neice Dorothy Gray widow the sume of Forty pounds
To my neice Elizabeth Walter the sume of Forty pounds
And to my Nephew Peter Burvill the sume of Forty pounds of like money
which said severall Sumes I do hereby order and direct my Executor herein after named to pay within one year after my decease

Item all and every my wearing apparell as well Linnen Woollen Silk Sattin velvett and Lace whatsoever I doe hereby give and bequeath unto my four neices Catharine Percivall Elizabeth Walter Martha Pitt and Elizabeth Saunders widow above named in this Will to be equally divided to and amongst them share and share alike

Item I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Henry Burvill vicar of West Peckham in the said County of Kent the sume of Forty pounds of lawfull money of Great Brittaine to be by him retained and kept out of my Personall Estate

Item all the rest and residue of my Reall and Personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever not herein before bequeathed (after all and every my Just Debts Legayes Funeral Charges and Expences shall be well and truly paid and discharged) I give devise and bequeath unto the said Henry Burvill his heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes for ever

and I doe hereby ordaine constitute and appoint my said Nephew Henry Burvill sole and whole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
and I doe hereby revoak and make voyd all former Will and Wills Testament and Testaments by me made and I doe ordaine this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Margarett Ullock have to this my last Will and Testament contained in two Sheets of Paper to the first Sheet thereof sett my hand and to the last my hand and Seal this first day of August in the Thirteenth year of the reign of our Sovereigne Lord George by the grace of God of great Brittaine France and Ireland King Defender of the faith etc. Annoq Dm 1726 Mar: Ullock
