In the Name of God Amen I Isaac Underdown of the Parish of Queenborough in the County of Kent Mariner of perfect Mind and sound Memory do declare this to be my last Will and Testament viz
First I give to God my Soul that gave it hoping for a Remission of all my Sins and my Body to the Earth to be there decently Interred

I hereby declare Henry Gibbs of the aforesaid Parish of Queenborough in the County of Kent Mariner my whole and sole Executor to take after my decease all Goods Chattels Wearing Apparel Merchandize Real or Personal Estates of any Property in the Funds or any Transfers Navy Bills or Ordnance Debentures or any Debts Dues or Demands Payable to me now or after my decease that is or shall be my dues in the Kingdom of Great Britain
I give to him what Sum of Money shall be arising from the Friendly Society of the Clubb holding at Queenborough for the use of my Nephew Stephen Underdown to buy him Cloaths etc. during his Apprenticeship as he shall think proper to lay out the same

And I hereby revoke all former Wills or Testaments be null and void Done at Queenborough this 19th of November in the Year of our Lord 1798 Witness my Hand Isaac Underdown Witnesses
