This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Underhill of Brasted in the County of Kent Spinster made published and declared this sixteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one

First as respects my funeral which I leave entirely to the conduct and discretion of my executrix hereinafter named requesting only that the same may be in a decent and becoming manner and that my Corpse may be laid in Oxted Church Yard as near the Grave of my Mother as conveniently can be

I will order and direct that all my just debts funeral expences and the charges of proving this my Will and all other Testamentary charges and expences relating thereto shall be paid in the first place by my said executrix as soon as conveniently can be after my decease

And I give and bequeath unto my sisters Sall Wife of Mr John Wilde and Elizabeth Wife of Mr Abraham Legg the sum of five pounds each to be paid by my said executrix within six months after my decease

And as to such Worldly Estate as I shall be possessed of interested in entitled unto at the time of my decease as well real as personal I give devise and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof (in case of my remaining single and unmarried) unto my sister Martha Underhill her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever

And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint the said Martha Underhill sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my true last Will and Testament
