In the Name of God Amen I William Usborne of Boughton Mounchelsea in the County of Kent Gardner being very sick of a Dangerous distemper But of perfect mind and memory praised be to Almighty God do therefore make and ordain this my present Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First and Principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God hoping for everlasting Life through the merrits death and passion of my blessed Saviour my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor herein after named And as touching the disposition of all my Temporal Estate I give and dispose thereof as followeth

Imprimis I will that my debts and Funeral charges shall be paid and discharged
Item I give and devise all that Messuage or Tenement with the outhouses and buildings and severall peices or parcels of Land thereunto belonging and appertaining situate lying and being near the Church Green in the parish of Marden immediately after my Mother�s Death unto my brother Alexander Usborne and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever

Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Hulcks of Boughton aforesaid the sum of v� to be paid as is herein mentioned
Item I give and bequeath unto my Father George Martin and my Mother Mary Martin the sum of Five Pounds a peice of lawful money of Great Britain payable within twelve months after my Decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my Brother John Martin Five Pounds of like Lawful money payable as aforesaid

Lastly All the rest and residue of my Personal Estate Goods and Chattles whatsoever and wheresoever not herein before disposed of I give and bequeath unto my Loveing Brother Alexander Usborne
who I do hereby make nominate and appoint full and whole Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking and disannulling and making void all former Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made either by word or in writing

In Witness whereof I the said William Usborned to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper have sett my hand and seal this two and Twentieth day of May in the First Yeare of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George over Great Britain etc. King defender of the Faith etc. Annoq Domini 1715 William Usborne
