This is the last Will and Testament of me Constance Usborne of Staplehurst in the County of Kent Spinster made this fifteenth day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety six

First I give all and every the share which I now have or may be intitled to at the time of my decease of and in the Stock or Fund commonly called the Consolidated Long Annuities to my Brother Nicholas Toke Usborne and my Sister Elizabeth Simmons and my Sister Ann Usborne equally between them

Also I give and bequeath to my three Cousins Chambers Usborne of Lambeth in the County of Surry Edward Usborn of Lambeth aforesaid and Nicholas Finch of Tenterden in the said County of Kent Twenty Pounds each of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid them by my Executrix immediately after my decease

and after Payment of my just Debts Funeral Expences Probate of my Will and other necessary Expences and the above mentioned Legacies I give and bequeath the remainder of my Goods Chattels Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Sister Hannah Maria Usborne Whom I appoint sole Executrix of this my Will

Further Grant on 22 July 1823 to James Ottaway one of the Executors to the estate of Nicholas Toke Osborne
