Item I give unto my Loveing wife Margery the rents Isues and profitts of my Two Dwellings under one
Roofe in the Road leading from Mr Smiths to the Five Wents in Chart afores�d: dureing the time of her Naturall life
And afterwards to my sonn in law Charles Groombridg And his heires for ever.
Item all the rest of my goods cattle and Chattles what soever I give unto my Loveing wife after my Debts and Funerall Charges are paid & my desire is that what it shall please God my wife shall Leave behind her at her death may be given by her to my granDaughter Ann Groombridg
So Revoaking all other wills I do nominate and apoynt my Loveing wife Margery whole & Sole Executrix of this my Last Will & Testament
& do nominate and apoynt Danel Trigg the elder and John Scott to be Trustees to this my Last Will and Testament
