First I Will Order and direct that all my just debts Funeral Expences and the Charge of the Probate of this my Will and all other incidental Charges and Expences shall be truly and honestly Paid and satisfied by my Executor herein after named
Also I give and devise unto my Sister Rose Bowen Widow and my Brother Joseph Valentine all and every my messuages Lands Tenements and parts and share of Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever with their and every of their rights Members and appurtenances To hold the same and every part thereof unto the said Rose Bowen and Joseph Valentine their heirs and assigns forever share and share alike as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants
and as to all and every my personal Estate of what Nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same may be after Payment of my Just Debts Funeral Expences and the Charges of the Probate of this my Will and all other incidental Charges and Expences I give and bequeath the same and every Part thereof unto my said Sister Rose Bowen and Brother Joseph Valentine To hold unto them their Exors Administrators and assigns for ever in equal Shares and proportions
and Lastly I do hereby make Nominate and appoint my said Sister Rose Bowen and Brother Joseph Valentine Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making Void all former and other Wills by me formerly made
