I Christopher Vandenbergh of Gravesend in the County of Kent Esquire late a Captain in His Majesty�s third Regt of Foot Guards do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following

I give and bequeath all my Personal Estate and Effects wheresoever and of what nature or kindsoever which I may happen to be possessed of or entitled to at the time of my decease subject to the payment of my Debts Funeral and Testamentary Charges unto and between my now Wife Mary Ann Vandenbergh and my Son Algernon Sydney Vandenbergh equally share and share alike and to their respective Executors admors and assigns

and I appoint my said Wife Mary Ann Vandenbergh and my Son Algernon Sydney Vandenbergh Executors of this my Will and I hereby revoke all my former Wills

In Witness whereof I the said Christopher Vandenbergh have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the seventh day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and twenty two C Vandenbergh
