First I Give and devise all those my three several Messuages or Tenements with the Outhouses Yards Gardens and Appurtenances thereunto belonging and therewith used and enjoyed situate lying and being in the Parish of Milton next Gravesend in the said County of Kent now or late in the several Tenures or Occupations of John Martin and the Widow Spankhurst their Assigns or Undertenants and which were given and devised to me in and by the last Will and Testament of my late Husband Richard Venner unto and to the use of my Grandson Robert Maynard of the Borough of Southwark in the County of Surry Tinman his Heirs and Assigns for ever
also I Give and bequeath unto Stephen Maynard of Gravesend aforesaid Father of the said Robert Maynard and unto Mary his Wife the Sum of one Pound one Shilling each for a Ring
Also I Give and Bequeath all and every my Wearing Apparel both Linen and Woollen unto Mary Rasell Daughter of John Rasell of Milton next Gravesend aforesaid Gardener and it is my Will and desire that the said Mary Rasell will give one half part of the said Apparel unto her Mother
Also from and after payment of my just Debts Legacies and Funeral Expences and the Charges of proving this my Will and other Incidental Charges attending the Execution thereof I Give and bequeath all and every the rest and residue of my Ready Money Securities Debts Plate Money Linen Woollen Pewter Brass Beds Bedding Household Stuff and Implements of Household Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore particularly disposed of unto my said Grandson Robert Maynard his Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely for ever
And I do hereby make and appoint the said Robert Maynard sole Executor sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me made
In Witness I the said Thamar Venner have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal
dated the twenty seventh day of April in the twelfth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of
God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the Year our Lord One Thousand
