In the Name of God Amen I John Venner now or late of the Town and Port of New Romney in the County of Kent Widower (late of the Parish of Kingsnorth in the said County) being of perfect mind memory and understanding Do make this my last Will and Testament First my desire is to be decently Buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named

And after Payment of my just Debts Funeral Expences are paid and discharged
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Wife of Stephen Wiles of the Town and Port of New Romney (late Mary Venner Spinster) All and singular my Estate and Effects Lands Tenements Hereditaments Arrears of Rent Bonds Ready Money Interest Securities for Money Plate Linen China Wearing Apparel of what kind soever And all other Properties of what kindsoever to me belonging at my decease to and for her own use and benefit absolutely for ever

And I do hereby constitute and appoint the said Mary Wife of Stephen Wiles (late Mary Venner Spinster) whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And I hereby revoke disallow and disannul and make void all former bequests Wills and Legacies by me heretofore made in any wise left or made declaring ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand (or mark) and Seal this fifth day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine The mark of John X Venner
