In the name of god Amen the Seventh daye of Aprill the yeare from the Incarnation of our Lord god one Thousand fyve hundrethe Three Score and Seven
I Elizabethe Veriar of the parishe of Norborn in the Comitie of Kent widdow being sicke in body but yet Thanckes be to Almightie god of good and perfect mind and Remembrance do make and ordeine this my last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge
first I bequeth my soule to the mercy of god and my body to be buried in the Churche yarde of the parishe of Greate Monngham.

Item I geve unto the poer people of the parishes of Norborne and Greate Monngham v s To be destributed at the daye of my buriall in to peny peces the one halfe in Norborn and the other halfe in Greate Monngham afore said
and v s in fleshe to be geven unto the pooer a busshell of wheat and too busshells of malte

Item I geve unto Robert and John for the keping of them bothe iiij l
Item I geve unto Dennis my daughter all suche things whiche are now in her keping and her housbandes saving my sheepe my keene and my cowe and I will unto my said daughter one cowe

And all the Residue of my goods my detts and legacies paid I will them to be equallye dystributed betweene Rychard John Robert Joan and Elizabethe my chyldren by the discrecion of Leonard Smithe John Verior.
And yf yt fortune any of theese my chyldren to dye within the age of xx yeares for the Boyes and the maydens before the daye of mariage so that the maydens do marry before the age of xx yeares Then them shall be others eyer.

And I make John Verior of Norborn my brother my soole executor and Leonard Smithe of Norborn my overseer
Theese beying witnesses Leonard Smithe John Cashens Harry Sowthoud and Edmond Burgeis with others
