of Sutton, Kent

Item I give to the mayntenance of the said parishe church and the reparacions of the same x s to be bestowed thereupon by the oversyght of my brother William Veriar within one year and a halfe after my decease
Item I geve unto Peter Veriar my fether bedd and a bedd steddell with too boulsters thereto belonginge
Item I geve unto John Veriar a littell brass pott ij canstycks a chafyinge dyshe a stupnet and a bason together with a chyst in the which they now be kept
Item I geve unto Mary Veriar my great Keatell and a chyst in the chamber wherein I now lye

Item I geve unto Peter Veriar my foulded table with a cooberd to it.
Item I geve unto poor Whytts wyfe ijs
Item I geve unto Elyzabeth Tomkyns x s to be payd unto her att christmas next
Item I geve unto the haeven called Cullytor haeven in Devor ijs.

Item I geve my lands that I have in the parishe of Sutton to William Veriar my brother and to his eyers for ever
Item I geve unto Henry Sowthons also Sowthousins vs

the residue of all my goods my debts dyscharged my will fulfylled I geve them unto William Veriar my brother which said William my brother I make and ordayne my executor of this my last will and testament
and Henry Sowthons of Norborn my overseer to see this my last will accomplished as my trust is in him

These being witnesses Tobye Brett Davye Allen and Henry Sowthon the writer hereof an others
