In the Name of God Amen the 8 daie of Marche 1601 and in the fower and fortethe yeare of the Reigne of our soveraigne ladie Queene Elizabethe etc
I Robarte Verrier of the parishe of Northborne in the Countie of Kente yeoman dothe ordaine and make this my laste will and testamente in maner and forme followinge beinge bothe of perficte and good Remembrance All thought sicke in bodie And as for my Worldlye goodes I be Quethe them as folowethe

Fyrste I geve and bequethe unto my sonne Williaham All my landes lyinge and beinge withein the parishes of Northeborne and Shelden payinge suche certayne legacies out of the sayd lands as I shall appoynte

Item I geve unto my sonne Danyell thirteithe pounds to be payde out of the same lands when he shall come to the age of xxj yeares
Item I geve unto Harrye my sonne forteithe shillings to be payde unto hym when he shall come to the age of xxj yeares and shall be payde out of the same land
Item I Geve unto my daughtter Alce Verryer twenteithe pounds to be paide unto her by my sonne Willyham Verryer when she shall com to the age of xx yeares out of my lands

Item I geve unto Margerett my wyfe vl yearelye to be payd out of my landes by my Sonne Willyham Verryer Dewryinge her naturall lyffe
All theise former legacies that I have appoynted to be payde out of my lands shall be payde by my sonne Willyham Verryer After he shall com to the age of xxj yeares As then shall fall oute to be payde and by none other
Item if it shall happen my sonne Willyham Verryer to dye withoute heires of his bodie lawfullye begotten that then I will and bequethe the same lands Afore sayde unto my sonne Danyell Veryer payinge the same legacies out of the same as I have appoynted aforesayde

Item I geve unto my wife Margerett all suche prophette of my lands untyl my sonne Willyham Verryer shall come to the age of xxj yeares towardes the bringinge up of my children
The Reste of all my goodes Cattells and chattels unbequethed I geve unto Margerett my Wife whome I doe make my whole executrixe to thys my laste will and testament

Witnesses to theise will Rychard Hennye Willyam Hillde Thomas Kingsford and Richard Winter the wryter
