In the Name of God Amen I Peter Verrier of Sandwich in the Countie of Kent husbandman beinge weake in bodye but of sounde minde and memory (praised be God for it) doe make and ordeyne this my last Will and Testament in manner followinge
First I bequeath my Soule to Almightie God that gave it me

And my bodie I bequeath to the earth whereof it first framed decentlie to be buryed at the discretion of
my loveinge freind and Kinsman Andrew Sole of Sandwich aforesaid Brewer unto whome I give and bequeath All and singular my goods Cattells Chattells and estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature quallitye or degree soever the same shall exist and be

And of this my Last Will and Testament I nominate and appoint him my said freind and Kinsman Andrew Sole Executor

In Wittnesse whereof I the said Peter Verrier have hereunto sett my hand and seale dated the first day of July in the yeare of our Lord One thousand Sixe hundred fiftye eight Peter Verrier by his marke in the presence of
John Tetterby his marke - John Verrier
