In the name of God Amen I William Verrier of the parish of Northborne in the Countie of Kent Husbanman being sick in bodie but sound in memorie praised be god therfore doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in writing this Seventh day of April in the Second yeare of the Raigne of our most Gratious Soveraigne Lord and Ladie King William and Queene Marie now King and Queene of England Anno Domini 1690 in manner and form following
Imprimus I give my soule to god that gave it me in sure and certaine hope that I shall be raised againe at the last And greate day And shall thorugh the merrits of my redeemer be united unto god to abide with hem eternallie in the heavens for ever more And my bodie to the Earth from whence it was first framed and made to be decentlie And orderlie buried in the parish Churchyard of Northborne by mine Executor hereafter mentioned
And as for my worldlie goods I give And bequeath to eight families in manner following Videz

Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of William Chilton of his first wife foure pounds to bee equalie devided amonge them and to be paid to them at the age of sixteene yeares and if any die Before they come to that age that the living shall be the deads heires of that familie

Item I give And bequeath unto the Children of Vincent Andrews of his first wife fouer pound to bee equalie devided amonge them and to be paid to them at the age of sixteene years and if any die Before they be come to that age that the living of that familie shall be the deads heires

Item I give And bequeath unto the Children of Thomas Elger fouer pound to be equalie devided amonge them and to be paid unto them at the age of sixteene yeares and if any die before they come to that age that the liveing of that family shall be the deads heires

Item I give to my Sister Sari the wife of John Troward foure pounds to be paid to her
Item I give and bequeath to my Brother Benjamine Verrier fower pounds to be paid to him
Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of Thomas Verrier fouer pound to be equalie devided amonge them and to be paid to them at sixteene yeares of age and if any of them die before they be come to that age that the liveing of that family shall be the deads heires

Item I give to Henerie Verrier my Brother fouer pounds to be paid to him
Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of William Smith which he had by his first wife fouer pounds to be equalie devided amonge them at the age of sixteene yeares and if any of them die before they be come to that age that the liveing of that family shall be the deads heires
I give to William Verrier son of Thomas Verrier one silver spoone

All the rest of my goods And premises And personall estate whatsoever unbequeathed I give And bequeath unto Richard Verrier his hiers and assignes for ever
whome I make And ordaine to be my whole and sole Executor or Executrix of this my Testament And last will to make my Funerall And to beare pay And discharge the Expences therof And to pay my debts And Legises
And I doe hereby make voy all other wills formily by me made and acknowledg this to be the last ever by me made contained in one page or one leave of paper and no more

Probate granted 4th June 1690 to Richard Verrier his brother
