Whereas I William Verrier Gentleman of the Town and Port of Sandwich in the County of Kent being of Sound Mind and Perfect Understanding Praised be God for the Same

Do Give and bequeath unto Mary Brazier my Faithfull Servant after my decease my Dwelling House Household Furniture Linnen Plate which Mansion House lyeth in New Street in the Parish of St Peters the Apostle In this Town where I now live together with the Garden and three Quarters of the Fryars and Orchids being my own Property and now Occupied by Henry Horne Butcher at the Annual rent of Nine Pounds during the Term of her Natural life

In Witness whereof I have set my hand and Seal this Thirty first day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty nine, William Verrier
Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of us
