In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Verrall Spinster of the Parish of Saint Andrew in the City of Canterbury being in perfect health and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

that after all my just Debts and Funeral Expences is paid by my Executor hereafter named
I give and bequeath unto my Niece Mary Marten Spinster of Dover all my Linen and all my Goods and Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever together with all my Wearing Apparel of all sorts

And I do appoint the said Mary Marten to be my sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testament and do revoke all former Wills that may have been made by me

And I do desire my Executrix to give unto my Brother Edward Verrall two Shillings and six Pence for a pair of Gloves and likewise to my three Nephews John Edward and Samuel Marten the same Sum each

And I do declare this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have this present nineteenth day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty set my Hand and Seal Sarah Verrall
