I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and any legacies that I may bequeath by this my will to be
fully paid and satisfied and subject thereto
I give devise and bequeath all that my copyhold estate situate and being at West Wickham
aforesaid in which I now reside and all other my freehold and copyhold messuages lands tenements and hereditaments real
and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (except my silver drinking cup) whether in possession reversion remainder
or expectancy unto my affectionate wife Mary Vickers to hold the same unto her my said wife and her assigns for and during
the term of her natural life
and from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto my two daughters Mary Marchant wife of Alfred Marchant and Ellen Vickers with benefit of survivorship
and I appoint the said Alfred Marchant of Number four West Terrace Upper Grange Road Bermondsey in the County of Surrey
Fish Salesman and my two daughters Mary Marchant and Ellen Vickers Executor and Executrixes of this my will
and I give and bequeath unto Alfred Marchant my silver drinking cup
and I revoke any other wills by me at any time heretofore made
